Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See the Vercel Privacy Notice for information about the hosting provider.
3. Contacting us
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and information you provide to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. For contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f), where the GDPR applies.
Email links open your own email application. This website does not send a contact form to a separate form-processing service. Messages are processed by the email service providers used for communication.
4. Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website does not use its own analytics or advertising trackers. No embedded videos, maps or social media plugins are loaded. Fonts and images are served with the website. The website does not store form entries or marketing identifiers in your browser.
5. Recipients and international processing
Technical hosting and communication providers may process data where necessary for the relevant purpose. D-Simon LLC is based in the United States, and technical providers may also process data outside the EU or EEA. Where European data protection rules apply, transfers are subject to the relevant requirements, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Details of the safeguards used are available on request.
6. Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for its purpose. Enquiries are deleted when they have been dealt with unless legal retention requirements or legitimate reasons require further storage. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s operational retention and deletion processes.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
